  • What age range do you treat?
    We provide care for adults aged 18 and older. If you have questions about treatment for younger individuals, please contact us to discuss referral options.
  • Do I have to be a Colorado resident to receive services?
    Yes, Bloom Behavioral Health currently provides services to Colorado residents due to state licensing regulations. However, we offer telehealth services, so you can access care from anywhere within the state. If you're outside Colorado, such as attending college, please contact us to discuss options.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    We ask for 2 days notice for cancelation, if this is not provided, there is a $75 late fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, the No Show fee is $100.
  • I have paperwork I need completed. Can you help?
    Bloom Behavioral Health does not complete federal disability paperwork. After we have met at least 4 times, we may complete paperwork for your employer. This may incur charges, depending on the amount of time required.
  • Will you sign for me to get a medical marijuana license?
    No. At Bloom Behavioral Health, we focus on evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders. While we support your right to explore medical marijuana, we do not provide certifications, endorsements, or examinations for medical marijuana licenses. We can discuss alternative treatment options to address your needs.
  • Is my information private and secure?
    Absolutely. At Bloom Behavioral Health, we prioritize your pirvacy and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure your information is secure. Your information is confidential and and released to other parties with your permission. This requires your signature on a Release of Information (ROI). *The exception is if such disclosure is required by law or for billing purposes. Depending on your situation, we may communicate with your primary care provider (PCP) as required by law.
  • What do I need to do before my appointment?
    Complete any forms that you receive by email. Your consent must be signed before the visit. Please contact us if you have trouble. Bring a list of your medications, current, and any/all that you've tried in the past.
